We take a 2 birds, one-stone approach to fitness with daily classes designed for everyone. Achieving a long-term fitness goal takes a big-picture approach but in order to be successful we believe you have to fall in love with the process. No matter if you are an elite-level athlete or someone who has never stepped into a weight room before- you belong at Grind Time Training. Group classes and training are our "bread and butter" but we also open our door to those who prefer to train on their own. As long as clients aren't interfering with one of our classes we encourage people to come in at any time of the day or night, crank some tunes and let the sweat begin to drip!
We allow members to come in anytime- 24/7, 365 days a year- to get their training in. It's simple: Once we get you set up with payment we issue you a code for the front door that will remain intact as long as your account is in good standing.
